Senior Leadership Team

Our Senior Leadership Team brings decades of knowledge, experience and management to our organization. Their diverse backgrounds in wide-ranging disciplines are critical to our success; from business strategy and finance to development and planning. These dedicated senior staff members implement Board decisions and initiatives in order to maintain the smooth operation of our agency.


Dina Della Ducata, MS, PHR
Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Dina is responsible for the overall administration of Family Service. Through her leadership, we fulfill our mission to listen, care and help. Every day. Dina brings more than 25 years of diversified experience with a strong track record of success in the behavioral health field. She has dedicated her life’s work to serving the needs of the most vulnerable populations.

Lisa M. Clayton, MS, LPC

As Innovation Officer, Lisa develops partnerships within our community for collaboration in expanding services that meet community needs. Lisa and her teams have implemented our Opioid Use Disorder Center of Excellence, Intensive Outpatient and DUI Programs, and Medication Assisted Treatment. Lisa is an LPC, a nationally certified counselor, and a certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor.

Stacee Delp, MS
Human Resources Manager

Stacee has been working Human Resources since 2007 and has experience in both the public and private sectors. As the Human Resources Manager, Stacee is responsible for employee engagement, benefits, leave management, and facilities. Stacee has a master’s degree in Human Resources from Penn State University and has also earned her Professional Human Resources and Certified Professional certifications.

Anne has more than 25 years of strategic financial leadership experience and has worked in the non-profit health and human services field for more than 30 years. As Chief Financial Officer, Anne oversees general ledger, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, year-end audit, financial planning and IT. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Penn State University.

Marlene has 50 years of experience in the design, management, and delivery of services for individuals and families. She has been with Family Service for nearly 20 years. Marlene works in program management, outcomes reporting, and resource development. She works to enhance programs to ensure they meet community needs, align with best practices, and positively impact our financial position.
