Local Services 

Outpatient Counseling: Our professional therapists provide expert guidance for children, families, adults, and couples. 

School-Based Counseling: Children sometimes face emotional hurdles in the school environment. Our school-based counseling services ensure that children receive the care and support they need while continuing their education.

Psychiatry: Our team includes experienced psychiatrists who offer evaluations and medication monitoring for children, adolescents, and adults. 

Blended Case Management: For those dealing with mental health diagnoses or co-occurring substance abuse issues, our blended case management program provides guidance and resources, fostering recovery and self-sufficiency.

Nurse Navigator Program: We recognize the link between physical and mental health. Our Nurse Navigator Program is dedicated to addressing both aspects of your well-being, ensuring you receive the comprehensive care you deserve.

24/7 Dad Program: Fathers seeking to build stronger relationships with their children and family members find support and education through our renowned 24/7 Dad Program. 

Street Medicine: Our Street Medicine Program takes healthcare to the streets, serving the immediate medical and mental health needs of those experiencing homelessness. 

Addiction and Recovery Services: For those battling addiction, our Community Addiction Recovery & Engagement (CARE) program offers a lifeline. 

A Shelter for Those in Need

In addition to our mental health and wellness services, we also operate the Bucks County Emergency Homeless Shelter for individuals and families facing housing crises. Open 24/7, 365 days a year, our shelter provides a temporary home for those who have lost safe and stable housing. 

Our shelter offers more than just a roof over one’s head. It provides a range of on-site services, including case management, job search assistance, and outpatient counseling. We even arrange transportation to doctors’ appointments, job interviews, and summer camps for children.
