We Can Help You

Our lives and those of our children have changed due to COVID-19 and societal issues. We are experiencing social isolation, financial stress, fears and worries related to the losses we’ve had. As we adjust to the new normal, Family Service is here to help you.

Family Service is offering telepsychiatry to clients in our outpatient program. We are accepting new clients for counseling and telepsychiatry all the time, from children to adolescents to adults of all ages.

  • If you or your child are feeling anxiety or depression, we can help.
  • If you or your child are feeling overwhelmed, having difficulty concentrating or feeling angry or lonely, we can help.
  • If you are experiencing an increase in your mental health symptoms or using more substances to deal with your feelings, we can help.

Our telepsychiatry services can be provided in the comfort of your own home. Counseling is also offered on-site or via telehealth. Site visits will be required in some instances for vitals and drug screening.

Our  Telepsychiatry Team

Dr. Velagapudi has been with Family Service for 15 years. She is a child and adolescent psychiatrist who is based in Family Service’s Langhorne office. She is currently providing telepsychiatry and in-person services to existing and new clients. She works with clients who have mental health diagnoses such as ADD, anxiety, depression and with children and teens who are simply struggling with adjusting to change.

Dr. Cagande recently contracted with Family Service to provide telepsychiatry. She is a child and adolescent psychiatrist working with individuals age 17 and younger and is experienced in child mental health and adjustment diagnoses.

Dr. Rebeck has contracted with Family Service to provide telepsychiatry for over 2 years. He sees adults with a full range of mental health and co-occurring diagnoses as well as adults struggling to adjust to these changes.
