Each year, we select one family who came to us with a challenge and made a strong commitment to strengthening their lives through participation in one of our programs. This family is recognized as our “Audrey J. Tucker Family of the Year” because of their dedication to improving their overall well being in an effort to maximize their independence.

To nominate a family for this award, please complete and submit the form below by Friday, October 30, 2020.

Nominees do not have to be multiple-person families. You are welcome to nominate individuals, as well.
