Keynote Speaker

Jonathan E. Rubin will present his 2020 vision for Human Services in Bucks County and Pennsylvania.

Jonathan E. Rubin has led Bucks County’s Housing and Human Services Division since 2014. He has focused on creating a more integrated approach to the department’s work, encouraging two-generation, whole-family focuses and facilitating public-private partnerships and generative program development. Rubin will transition to the role of Deputy Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services’ Office of Children, Youth, and Families on November 4, 2019.
