The Teen Center


Teens talk about the family atmosphere and trust they find at The Teen Center

The Teen Center is a free and confidential place for teens ages 14 and up. Teens who come to The Teen Center are struggling with a variety of problems including:  substance abuse, relationship difficulties, homelessness, difficulties in school, thoughts of suicide, depression, just to name a few.

The Teen Center strives to create a safe and supportive environment for all teens. Staff address the unique problems faced by teens today by providing counseling, educational and support groups, counseling for crisis situations and information & referral services.

The Teen Center is a gateway for an increasing number of teens needing professional counseling and adolescent psychiatric services readily available through the agency’s Outpatient Behavioral Health program.

The Teen Center provides teens with:

  • Someone to turn to talk with confidentially
  • A place to vent about problems or ask for help
  • Advice about relationship problems with friends or family
  • A place to refuel

Teens should visit The Teen Center if they are:

  • Having problems with drugs and alcohol and not sure what to do about it
  • Feeling sad or anxious
  • Having problems at home

The Teen Center Hours
Thursday 3:00pm – 8:45pm
Friday 1:00pm – 8:45pm

Teen Center services are free.
The Teen Center is located just outside the Oxford Valley Mall (by the fountain).
