FSA offers great opportunities to fulfill high school and/or college graduation community service requirements.

Deja Vu Thrift - Volunteers are needed at the FSA thrift store, Deja Vu, to sort, process, dislay and sell
quality donated items to the public. Volunteers assist with donation solicitations and promotion of the store. Money made from the sales at Deja Vu Thrift help fund FSA programs that help children, adults, and seniors in Bucks County. Volunteers enjoy friendship with fellow volunteers
and a store discount! Volunteers must be 16 years or older. Day, evening and weekend hours for a minimum of 2 hours a week are needed.

Technology Assistant - FSA's Tech Dept is looking for volunteers to assist with troubleshooting and installing various agency software and assisting with light hardware projects. Server and network experience helpful. Great opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in computer/tech field. Contact Stephanie Sides at 215-757-6916 ext. 214.
Community Relations Assistant - Volunteers with strong communication skills are needed to assist with writing and design of promotional materials, newsletters, press releases, web design and employee communications. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on, practical experience in the areas of graphic design, marketing and public relations. Hours are during daytime, Mon-Fri. Volunteers should be reliable, experienced in Adobe Design Suite with strong writing and organizational skills and have the ability to work on projects independently.

Special Events/Fundraising Assistant - FSA has a wide range of fundraising activities including special events for which volunteers can offer support. We will design your job to fit your interests. You may choose to use people skills to talk with donors or your office skills to gather and record information for our database, or your organizational skills to plan and carry out and event.
Volunteers may choose to participate in one event, usually a few hours a week for 3 months, or be an on-going part of our fundraising team, usually one-half day per week. Hours are daytime only, except for some events themselves which occur in the evening.

Administrative Assistant - Volunteers are needed to copy, file, prepare mailings, prepare files,and shredding. Volunteers are needed for approximately 3 hours a week during day hours. General office and organizational skills are required. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
